Chicken Chow Mien
 

Boil an 8 ounce box of chow mien noodles until soft and drain.

Mix in:

2 cans of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup

1 bag of frozen diced chicken breasts

1 container of diced onions

16 ounce bag of frozen broccoli and carrots

10 ounces of cashews

2 teaspoons of teriyaki sauce

Place mixture in a 9x12 baking pan and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes



Chicken Fettuccine Casserole
 

Boil a 12 ounce bag of fettuccine pasta until soft and then drain.

Add:

One 20 ounce bag of precooked frozen diced chicken breasts

3 ten ounce cans of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup

8 ounce bag of parmesan cheese

Sprinkle well with garlic powder and black pepper.

Place mixture in a 9x12 baking pan and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.



Chicken & Veggie Bake
 

Pour one 1 bag of Tyson frozen diced fully cooked chicken breasts into a large mixing bowl

Mix in three 11 ounce cans of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup

Mix in two 15 ounce cans of cut Okra

Mix in two 15 ounce cans of diced tomatoes

Mix in a 14 ounce bag of diced onions

Sprinkle liberally with Basil and Garlic Powder

Place mixture into a 9x12 baking pan

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes



Chili Chicken Enchilada Casserole
 

Put a 20 ounce bag of Tyson diced Chicken breasts in a large mixing bowl.

Mix in a 14 ounce can of enchilada sauce

Two 15 ounce cans of 99% fat free turkey with no beans chili

8 ounce bag of fat free shredded cheddar cheese

14 ounce bag of diced onions

16 ounce container of fat free sour cream

Place mixture in a 9x12 baking pan

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes

Mixture can also be served wrapped in a 97% fat free soft tortilla shell heated in the microwave for a few seconds or with chips.



Chili Mac Supreme
 

Boil one pound of elbow macaroni until soft and drain.

Mix in two 10 ounce cans of cheddar cheese soup.

Add a 24 ounce container of non fat cottage cheese

One 16 ounce container of fat free sour cream

One 8 ounce container of diced onions

Three 15 ounce cans of chili without beans

Mix well and place in a 9x12 baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.



Creamy Chicken Stuffing Casserole
 

Pour 4 cups of hot water into a large mixing bowl.

Mix in 2 boxes of savory herbs stove top stuffing mix.

Mix in 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.  

Mix in 1 bag of frozen Tyson diced chicken breasts.

Place mixture in a 9 x 12 baking pan.

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
