Simply Ham Casserole
 

Place 2 lbs of fully cooked 95% fat free diced ham in a mixing bowl.

Drain liquid and add three 15 ounce cans of no salt added cut green beans.

Mix in three 10 ounce cans of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

16 ounce container of fat free sour cream

Sprinkle with pepper and garlic

Mix well and place in a 9x12 baking pan

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes



Stuffed Bell Pepper Casserole
 

Add a packet of taco seasoning to 2 lbs of ground sirloin and brown in skillet.

Drain grease and place in mixing bowl

Add two 12 ounce cans of tomato paste

Add two 15 ounce cans diced tomatoes

Add a 14 ounce bag of frozen onion mix

Add 1 large sliced green pepper, yellow pepper, and red pepper

Add 2 table spoons of mustard

Mix and place in a 9 x12 baking pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes



Tuna Casserole
 

Boil a 16 ounce box of Rotini macaroni until soft and drain the excess water.

Drain the liquid from two 12 ounce cans of Tuna and mix with the macaroni.

Add a 16 ounce bag of frozen peas,

Add 16 ounce bag of fat free cheddar cheese

Add 16 ounce bottle of fat free Ranch salad dressing

Grease a 9x12 baking pan with non stick spray and Place the mixture in it.

COVER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.



Zucchini Lasagna
 

Mix an 8 ounce bag of mozzarella / parmesan cheese and a 24 ounce carton of 2% fat free cottage cheese in a bowl.

In another bowl mix two 15 ounce cans of tomato sauce and a 14 ounce bag of onion mix. Stir in a sprinkle of basil, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Spray a 9 x 12 baking pan with Pam non stick cooking spray.

Spread ½ of the tomato paste mixture in bottom of the pan.

Place a single layer of lasagna noodles over the tomato paste mixture.

Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles.

Spread two 15 ounce cans of sliced Zucchini over the cottage cheese mixture. (or substitute 2 lbs of browned ground sirloin)

Cover the zucchini with the rest of tomato paste mixture.

Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
